ADOPTION / ADOPTION LOST/ILLEGAL ADOPTION
1. A Child has a Basic Right to be with their Parents , unless it is considered a Danger to that Child`s wellbeing & only so if backed up by evidence providing a harm .However not including trauma cause by reunification.
2.The finality of Adoption be excised for good that an adoption CAN be OVERTURNED if the case or Judgement warrants it.
3.That ALL ZERO rated social services be halted in their ability to invoke / push adoptions through , that adoption should be carried out or over seen by a neighbouring social services with a very good track record or high rating.

8.That a specific aiding & betting prescribed Criminal Offences put on statute to deter future Social Workers from crossing that line , & that Loco authority's be brought in line to normal Criminal Code & made accountable ...
9.That a complaint made by Person`s are kept from Social Worker Team`s until an in-term assessment has been made that the target Social Worker of the complaint not be given privilege details by loco authority's be it Housing ,Police / GARDA managers until fair & unbiased investigation into allegation's has been made .
10.That Social Services make the Case files part of the Proceedings to ALL parties in Court & also ensure that the Criminality of Net producing Data Protection Act ! or Freedom of Information requests could present a Trial by Ambush.
That request be made in reasonable time with in a certain Time Limit & that Criminal Punishment for either withholding part or all of the request material from You or your LEGAL TEAM , That the sitting Judge be empowered to implement punishment also for perjury & preventing the curse of Justice by withholding Vitia information from your legal team to conduct a Trial by Ambush against you.
