2-11-2007. Scandalous Misconduct by the Health Services Executive South Eastern Region and North Eastern Region and St. John of God Brothers Drumcar County Louth,and The Adoption Board and the Department of Immigration Dublin..

As a result of false allegations of alleged sexual abuse made against me by a number of unscrupulous lying men, who were former residents of St. Josephs Orphanage in Kilkenny 34 years ago, I became the subject of a Police inquiry by An Garda Siochana. These tragic events began in Waterford City, Ireland, in November 2002.
Records show that Social Workers from the Community Care Centre in the Waterford Health Board had initiated their own inquiry in December 2002At that time, we were a secure and happy Family, who had a beautiful little five and a half year old little girl who we had adopted in Russia in 1998, and she had just started school. The Social Workers came and infected and changed our lives to the point of utter degradation and unhappiness. .
Other agencies of the Irish State were soon to join in, and
I, my wife and our Family have been under attack by Social Workers from The Drogheda Health Board, St. John of God Brothers St. Mary’s Drumcar Co. Louth, the Kilkenny Health Board, and the Adoption Board in Dublin, Ireland for many years.

The North Eastern Health Board, and The South Eastern Health Board have been our greatest Hell, and source of trauma, and frustration to date.
Our Family have been suffering from these Overpowered, Incompetent, Callous, Heartless, Bias, Threatening, Wicked, Shameful, Vindictive, Menacing, Negligent, Derelict, Unfriendly, Unbelieving, Unhelpful, Uncooperative, Suspicious, Deceitful, Sinister gangs of Elusive professional people, for five long years to date. They are still there, and they are still hurting us.
