90% of the Time a Man is accused of Child Abuse men should be advised of this Act, consider this if a False allegations has been made , against a Man , this Act ,can work in his Favor ..
Also consider this , the Irish Government should also take note of this Act as they are Abusing Children's Rights coming up to Electioneering don`t believe me , let`s have a look at Fiann Fall & the PD`s http://www.indymedia.ie/article/79547
So let`s report them to the Irish Equality Authority + The Irish Labour Rights Commissioner's Office , Right beside the Minister of Communications Office F.F. and just for Good Measure , the Irish Human Rights Commission , why! doesn't our President Call it with them now they are tampering with the Constitution of Ireland .

Any citizen of Ireland is in danger of being falsely accused of child abuse.But our basic national and international right to a fair and just defence, are denied by the agencies of the Irish Government.
The Residential Institutions Redress Board in Dublin epitomises a widespread corruption in the Irish Legal system, and encourages unscrupulous individuals to lie, and make false statements, in the expectation that they and their legal council will receive large amounts of money for doing so without any trial or a conviction. Furthermore, an unsuspecting victim who has been falsely named at the Redress Board, can be left with a police criminal record stating "suspect of child sexual abuse " without being ever informed about it by the corrupt Irish State Authorities. |
