MISSION-STATEMENT

To Support Parents & Children caught up in the CPS & Family Court System , working to redress the injustice , rectify the mistakes & reform Procedures and Custody issues.

VISION STATEMENT

{a} To see CPS in Ireland and the Family Court Operating in a way the safeguards the basic Rights of Parents & Children and only remove Children when it is absolutely Necessary and only for so long as it is absolutely necessary.

{b} To see Family's strengthened & Restored by having their Children returned to their true Custodial Parents.

PRINCIPLES

1.Parents have a God -given right & responsibility to care for and to bring up their Children in a manner which is culturally , socially & Psychologically sensitive to one`s
own values and Morals .

2.The state should intervene with caution , only when to the level of intervention that is absolutely necessary.

3.Where Parents and Children are having Difficulty's , they should be assisted & supported by appropriate services to over come their problems.

4.Children should be only removed where there is reasonable ground's for believing they are suffering serious abuse or serious neglect .

5.When the cause of abuse or danger is removed , Children should be returned to their custodial Parents as soon as passable .

6.When Parents go to CPS for assistance or Respite care , they should receive the support that they seek and deserve without unnecessary investigation's or intrusive intervention.

MAIN AIMS

A) To Provide emotional and spiritual support to Parents , who have a child or Children under the care of CPS or who feel threatened { Terrified } by CPS or the Social Agency's .

b) To assist Parents in their affords to regain custody of their Children where they have been wrongly deprived of them , or when the Children have not been returned at there Parents request after a respite period.

C) To thoroughly research the law govern CPS, how it operates ,and how Family`s are affected .

D) To work to change the Child Care Act`s & in Particular to those sections allowing CPS to remove a Children with out consultation with their Parents .

E) To act as a Watch - Dig on CPS procedures so that Parents are more likely to be treated appropriately & to be properly informed of their RIGHTS.

F) To see a right balance restored between the Right of the Child to be safe and the Right of a Child to be in his / her`s own caring Family and to abolish Extended Family Foster Carriers , as when Children's Parents are going through Separation or Divorce , emotional damage can be caused by the Extended Family Foster care member to all concerned , leaving an ever lasting affect on a Child or the Children concerned , Extended Family Foster Carrier`s do not work in cases like this.

G) To Stop Child steeling Irish Social Workers placing Children with their Relatives to line their Pockets with TAX PAYERS MONEY and depleting the Lives of those Children Parents . That a Social Worker that does this be healed accountable and Prosecuted accordingly .

F) To Help Parents prepare for the return of their Children by helping them deal with any issue of concern to them in giving them the Proper support , advice & information they deserve.

G) To have Foster Carriers held accountable for Sexually , Physically & Emotionally abusing a Child in their Care or Neglecting them to an ex tenth that , the Child die`s.

H) TO PUBLICISE THE AIMS & CONCERN OF CPS-VICTIMS through the media , Radio , Newspapers , magazines & T.V. so that other Parents that are not in the system can understand those that are , and not left in ignorance of the true and Honest Fact by Parent`s that are with in the System of Abuse . THE CHILD CARE ABUSE INDUSTRY OF IRELAND THAT HAS NOW DEVELOPED.

We live in a Country :

...where Social Workers regularly commit perjury in a secret Family Court and along with unscrupulous / some unfair Judges & Officials conspire to deny Family's of their Children .If the Irish Government does not fully address the injustice suffered at the hands of the Family justice system , it will need to prepare itself for a bombardment of law suits from Irish Family's who's Human and Civil Rights have been VIOLATED by Social Services { CPS} .

... where at present a minority of gutties , ignorant and cruel individuals stand more unaccountable than MINISTERS in our Irish Government .

Oh yes, these SS are very good at alienating parents from their children.

Yes, they use mental torture and psychologically abuse service users in secret.

They emotionally abuse parents and children causing deliberate trauma.

SS breach childrens human rights insecret- because they are a law onto themselves.

I have been in touch with human rihgts but so far- because what happens is under family law- not much progress.

But when enough of us light fires under their backsides, then we have a blaze to make them move.

Cultural Munchausen’s Syndrome.

Many children are removed from parents due to concerns by Social Workers from the postings on this site wrongly or in instances where serious issue needs to be taken with procedures. I am not a Social Worker and have assisted parents with cases where the parents were accused of Sexual Abuse of Children maliciously. Therefore I have seen it from both sides. I would like to outline an example of one of the most serious problems that Social Services and other agencies have in determining if children are at risk. This situation I have dealt with a number of times over a period of about 10 years and at it most extreme the children have been killed and I have not been able to stop it even though they or those who witnessed events have asked for help.

The children at risk from serious abuse and neglect are those who I have had dealings and referred to in the paragraph above and given access to a better definition labelled are victims of those suffering from “Cultural Munchausen’s Syndrome“ .

Munchausen’s by Proxy is a well recognised and comparatively easy to diagnose condition, if any condition associated by behaviour can be classed as easy to diagnose.

This condition, Cultural Munchausen’s Syndrome, can be linked to Munchausen’s by Proxy as in layman’s terms a person suffering from Munchausen’s by Proxy will harm others to draw attention to themselves as a Saviour or Angel of Mercy.

Cultural Munchausen’s Syndrome differs because the suffer of the condition will make a child, no matter what age, totally dependent so the carer feels of value.

This is an example which I encountered: A woman from a cultural background where a woman’s only identity is as a daughter, sister, wife and then mother. In this case she is divorced because the husband was forced into the marriage against his will and after the death of his last surviving parent he gets the courage to divorce and leave the area. After the divorce the wife is left with two early school aged children, but does have family support.

She looses part of her identity in that community. She now is no longer a wife, only a mother, and ostracised because she did not keep her husband. To re-boost her feelings of importance she did produce illnesses in her children so that they are dependant on her, i.e. ensure that symptoms including being dangerous to themselves and others, behaviour showing ADHD and Autism are instilled as praised behaviour, not feeding a correct diet therefore causing stomach and bowl problems, not assisting in toilet training and neglect of one child to encourage isolationist or violent behaviour between siblings or other children. What is most serious pressurising a psychologist to prescribe a drug to control a child’s behaviour which was not suitable for children, with the threat that if the drug was not prescribed, she would harm the child.

The mother then gets attention and praise from the Social Services depts. for coping so well with young troublesome children without the help of the husband. She is also permanently damaging the children’s education and behaviour by convincing all involved that the children will be reliant or totally dependent on her until late adulthood or permanently and stopping them attending normal educational establishments.

Due to Political Pressures on the Social Workers even though it is known that the children are at risk the children are not removed because the behaviour of the mother and the damage she is doing to the child is seen as a normal cultural reaction to the situation the woman finds herself in, being divorced.

This is an example of a growing situation, and would ask all visitors to this site to recognise that yes things go wrong, and that is inexcusable, but at times those dealing with child welfare have their hands tied by those with political agendas.

I am rather concerned at this specific statement. I have dealt with victims of false memory which has been encouraged by a therapist, but in your piece you say about post hypnotic suggestion. Hypnotism by a therapist without the clients permission is an assult that is a legal definition both Tort and Criminal, because it is not a form of treatment that the client agreed to.

Also it has been proved that hypnotism may not work if a client is overly emotional purely because of the fact the client is emotional, they are not receptive, a person cannot be hypnotised against their will contrary to popular myth..

If this is the way the therapist was behaving it was not even professional.

A client must feel confident with any therapist and remember you do have the option to say I don't feel confident with you and ask for another therapist.

In relation to this

"Arrange to meet you for a non-therapeutic purpose
Invite you to participate in emotional or physical intimacy
Later deny or justify emotional or sexual intimacy with you"

YOU MUST REPORT THIS IMMEDIATLY... The therapist must be employed by someone, you have to go to the regulatory body as this act is professionally wrong and could be considered rape because he was taking advantage of a situation.

The book, Legal Abuse Syndrome written by Karin Huffer is the result of her experiences for over twenty years as a marriage and family counselor in private practice. What is unique about this book is that it addresses the victims of legal abuse from a psychologi-cal therapeutic perspective. The objective is to move the victim beyond their predicament into positive action and thinking. Ms. Huffer illustrates the abuses with the cases of seven victims of Legal Abuse Syndrome, detailing their pain and suffering and the various stages of the therapy they have undergone for recovery of their emotional health.

Ms. Huffer found that many victims of the legal system suffer from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. She identified this as Legal Abuse Syndrome, brought on by the abusive and protracted litigation, prevalent in our courts. According to Ms. Huffer you may be suffering from Legal Abuse Syndrome if you feel deeply disillusioned and oppressed as a result of your experience with the legal system; if you feel you were frustrated in obtaining justice; if you feel your dreams and plans for your life were torn from you by a system that is supposedly there to protect your rights and property; if you fear that the system will defeat you at every turn and there is nothing you can do about it, and if you feel that you have been victimized several times over, by the perpetrators, by lawyers, judges, bailiffs and other court personnel. As a consequence you may suffer from tension and anxiety, recurring nightmares you may feel emotionally an physically exhausted, numb, disconnected and vulnerable.

A central point of Ms. Huffer’s book is that the victims in America are not only assaulted by crime, but also by the abuses of power and authority administered by tax dollars intended to provide due process of law for the protection of civil rights. Ms. Huffer observes that not only does the justice system move slowly, but delays are used as strategy by attorneys to weaken their opposition economically and emotionally and to provide hefty fees for attorneys. Ms. Huffer notes that when courts fail as a consequence of officially sanctioned wrongdoing it leaves victims and vigilantes in its trail. The rage of these victims accumulates when they are not provided a satisfying place to turn to. She concludes that the enormous betrayals and inefficiencies that make up bureaucratic post-crime experiences are literally attacking the emotional health of the nation. She recommends that the community of American citizens adopt the following:

Oppression and abuse of power are injurious to the health of the victims. Domination by abusers of bureaucratic power threatens the very functionality of the public and private sections in our country.

Victims are not self interested, narcissistic folks who sit around and wallow in their losses. They are courageous individuals who face their pain and care to right the wrongs. They participate in the collision of evil and good as it is classically intended in order to achieve balance. Denial is popular, but far less responsible.

The book is 100% correct.

I was an intelligence gatherer that found corruption and serious documented organised criminal activity, drugs and people trafficking, by the legal system mainly solicitors in the UK.

My colleague, children and I came back to Eire where my family are from and we cannot get any help here because a threat made by a solicitor representing the Law Society in the UK is being enacted over here.

We were told by two solicitors that helping us would not be possible, one TD's representative said it would not be a good idea given the political situation to help us, and another TD just bottled it. I have a PIAB claim and cannot get legal representation. I cannot get PPS nos. for my children and we do not have travel documents, the UN Protection Officer told us to claim Asylum if we were stopped entering Eire.

People do not understand what happens when you cross solicitors when they want to protect their market share or image. They will destroy you and you have no way of fighting them.

with out a doubt.. But the state has steped in and said that you can not care for your
grandchild that they are better off with strangers in a foster home or should I say foster
homes as they will most likely move into 3 or 4 deferent foster homes before being placed
into a permente one someone waiting for a baby or young child. Our grandchildren are being
removed from our loving care and placed for federal dollers.. Don't be fooled this is the
truth.. I don't care what you do or how many times that CPS gets your hopes up you will be
slammed down with out regrades to your broken hearts, familys or mental torture It is srtegcaly
played much like a game of chaste..
But this is not a game this is our lifes our families our grandchildren ..
Thre are things that can be done you can go to a higher court system that will

Social Workers have many Powers and it is quite possible that they have more powers than a member of the GARDA or Police , I would like to show you what Powers they do have and those they don`t , however Utilize in other means:

So what`s the Powers!

* Start an easement's on the barest of Information under stator Law and Duty.

*Invoke other agency's such as GARDA / Police , Probation , Education & health.

*Investigate Families & other members associated with a Child in question with their scope & guidelines.

*Invoke a Child Protection Case Conference if in agreement with their Team Leader / Manager.

*Conduct secret meetings to formulates plans with out your knowledge or consent with other agency's such as Local Housing authority's , GARDA / Police , Education & Heath. { However since the case Re: L2002 this has been illegal to do so if the Parent ask`s to be included , RE:L2002 empowers Parent`s to be treated as a Professional Agency and given the same accordance of stature.

*{ Apply to have your movement curtailed to prevent yourself from Possibility Moving to another County border ,} Social Services and Local Housing Authority's do work together some times in cases of ASBO = Anti-Social Behaviors { this is in direct violation of the EU`s Freedom of Movement Article & your National Constitutional Civil & Human Rights } it is Unconstitutional & against the Law.

*Invoke Court Proceedings if in agreement with their Team Leader / Manager and Legal Dept:

*Apply to the GARDA / Police to apply a GARDA / Police -Safety Order to which the GARDA / Police Officer must assess the immediate situation & decide to place the Child in a Place of Safety.

* As from when Hodges quasi, GARDA / Police state Bill comes in called , { EVERY CHILD MATTERS } , Social Services will have executive Power`s within Breaches of Health , GARDA / Police , Education and any Individual of these authority`s that Fail to cooperate, will be facing some stiff penalties .

*Also from the above , the hierarchy of School`s are under the control of Social Services who devolves to Head teacher`s , Education staff will be lawfully bound to answer directives given to them by Social Services.

Social Workers what they can`t do:

* Interview your Child without your consent or giving by a Family Court of Law even with an Emergency Care Order / Protection Order , if a Child does not want to go with a Social Worker , then under the None Fatal Offences against the Persons Act 1861 { Queens & Irish Law } it is an Assault to attempt to take or Cask`s that Child against there Wishes , the Social Worker involved MUST refer back to the issuing Court for Clarification of the Order.

*Discuss your case with anyone outside of the regular agencies , the N.S.P.C.C. or I.S.P.C.C. or if you have another Child in Foster Care the Social Worker can NOT discuss with the Foster Carrier`s or Mirror to them any decisions made with in a Family Court of Law in which was in Camera or discuss issues affecting you and your Family as this is your Private Business it is a Criminal Offence which is against the Data Protection Regulations ...

*Diagnose weather Medically or Psychotically the General Medical Council and Medical Society are emphatic on this subject in that a Medical or psychiatric diagnosis only to be given by someone who has show-en exemplary expertise , that`s qualified to the Government decreed level and is licenced to prescribe diagnosis under the various Acts; & Law`s govern Doctors & GP`s it is illegal and an Assault on the Person if a Social Worker attempt`s motor diagnosis or that they use their Prosecution to influence a diagnosis by a qualified Doctor . This includes FORCING YOU to under take psychiatric or Psychological tasting.

*Blackmail , this means they are NOT allowed to use the old age of " either you do as we say or your Child will be Taken " however they can use encouragement , anything more forceful is considered as Blackmail or coercion by intimidation or treat of loss {eg; in our experience , a Social Worker had turned around and stated to my Partner that when our Child was Born , that the Health Board could step in and remove him this was after False accusations made against us by Extended Family Members against us and our Care of a Second Child in which they Had Taken by a Trial By Ambush and Place him with our Accuser`s to line their Pockets Consequently the Social Worker Involved is related to the Foster Carriers the Social Worker had made this statement because of alleged concerns involved in relation to the other Child Concerned that she had submitted into Child Protection Case Conferences in favor of their relation`s}

*Force you into sighing anything : as the above social services / S.S. WILL use your Child to get the results they want and COURT proceedings to enforce you to sign an agreement that is not Legally Binding.

DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING WITHOUT YOUR SOLICITOR PRESENT!!!

*Intimidate a Social Worker is covered by COMMON LAW they same as GARDA / POLICE active search warrants , social services on such occasions are there to observe only and have NO powers...

*Evict members of Family, only a Judge has this Power & a Social Worker has the right to apply for this .HOWEVER it is easier & cost effective to use coercion & Blackmail on a SPOUSE with a promise of keeping a Child.

Social Workers have been known to :

*Use Teachers as extensions of them selves to gain a discloser about any Child unknown to the Child's Parents.

*Use POLICE / GARDA to harass Parents who are not complying with their Wishes ..

*Use local Housing Authority's and Housing investigation Officer`s and Local Government Council members to harass through other Neighbours, who make False allegation's of Anti - Social Behaviors against Parents to the Local Housing Authority's, by allowing the confidential detail`s of sensitive material { PERSONAL DATA } to be filtered out into the community to effect Policing or Irish GARDA policing. Please remember, the COUNCIL in not required under legislation to provide evidence of the behaviour that has led to a decision of the Council to detain the tenancy. The Council only has to provide Prof that it has followed the statuary procedures in seeking the warrant.

However , under section 21 of the Housing Act { Miscellaneous Provisions } Act 1997 evidence of anti-social behaviours can be accepted by the District Court from GARDA / POLICE , the Council and HEATH AUTHORITY officials weather other passable witness are not in a position to give evidence due to intimidation . This can also apply to proceedings under the Housing Act , 1966 .However if a Housing investigations Officer has taken False accusations of Anti- Social Behaviours of a Neighbour who had, or is Having Dealing`s with Social Services known to you . Under the None Fatal Offences against the Person`s Act`s, you have every right to Take a Civil action against the Neighbour Concerned, and the Matters to be Dale Fairly by the Housing investigation's Officer in the due Course of Court Proceeding's.

Remember that a Housing investigation's Officer , when it comes to Anti-Social - Behaviour, has Direct contact with Social Services ,and members of the Police / GARDA .

An Garda Siochana (Irish Police Force) are the only authority than can invoke a Prosecution of a Criminal Offence, in which there may be a False Allegation made against you by a Neighbour . Should this happen , report the matter to the Police or Garda immediately . It is quite possible that social services may be involved .

The Law states and Social Work special rules do NOT apply in this instance that:

A Individual that requests his or her`s files for him or herself consensual permissions and the concept of the requests , can if in writing apply to the data Register [ Controller ] of the Public body , for access to the files that the Public Body hold`s on them and their Children.

Third Party references however cannot be shown without the exploited permission and consent from the third party concerned. { please see exceptions further on }

Privileged Information as such as used in Court Cases or Criminal investigation's is exempt from this and can be Lawfully withheld.

Social Services can withhold Children's Files if they ascertain that a Child , could be placed in a compromising position through reading of these Files or that a Child in NOT of age to understand that given Permission or that the Social Services can construe that it is not in the best interest of the Parent or Parents to read their Files.

All request must be Legally fulfilled to with in 40 Day from the receipt of the request , hand`s on Personal Data can be given to you within the 40 Day limit . Failure to comply is a discretionary Criminal Offence in which is deemed discretionary at the hand`s of the Data Informational Commissioner.

There are special Rules pertaining to Social Work which were injected in the Act at the last amendment in which states the following ;this is the only incidence where a Social Worker may have an OPINION held Legally Binding / Correct and that Social Services are NOT to remove or rectify , mark or reference to material linked to a Case, this is in the Wrong.

However....

Under Re:L2002 which empowers a Parent as an equal Professional Agency in proceedings whether with in Legal Authority or else where as Re: L2002 defines that every one is entitled to a Fair Trial and to be allowed to know the Case against them at the soonest instance etc: This furthers your reading ability's to seeing every thing except confidential files , which are protected under confidentiality Laws as YOU are empowered to be in the same position as Education , Garda [Police ] etc. Social services will deny you this right, however it is wort making and effort and certainly something to present to a JUDGE if it goes wrong.{ in addition to this you are entitled to attend the Professionals meeting , do NOT be deterred }...

We wish that you start your Data Protection request as soon as Possible and to use the following in your request.

Always make sure that to bring with you a few Pin`s, roller and a very large Note pad with you . If you have a Dictaphone, bring it too. You may be surprised how much information is healed about you and your Child, this could take you a good while to digest and transcribe into working Material Parts. I hereby make a request under the Data Protection Act covered by the section of Public Viewing of files held by a registered Body under Re:L2002 .

I wish under this Act to review all aspects of files pertaining to me and my Wife or Partner . { permission signed and attached } other Permissions.

My request should encompass under the Data Protection Act all aspects of Files recorded on Paper and files and on other storage medium covered by the D.P.A. .

Under legal Authority RE:L2002 I am also to be considered as an Equal Professional Agency in these proceedings , and therefore entitled to see entries normally seen by other members of the multi Professional Team.

My request should also encompass such entries that are associated with my or the other applicant/s in this request. Such as Notes , Correspondents to and from in this Case , Professional Meeting`s , Cure Group Meetings and inter agency`s correspondents and telephone Calls.

The Data Protection Act in it`s current form and the Freedom of Information Act guarantees me the Right to this Information.

I am aware that I am NOT allowed to view information considered privy, Privileged or confidential with our prior permission .

I must alert all that if you find yourself in a violent relationship- then do not come forward for help- because those who promise to help will take the last bit of self esteem you have left off you.

Then once you are in the secret family court- PERJURY PALACE- you are fu**ed- because then they will isolate you and tell you to know your place and obey.

Once there you are gagged forever.

They will also quote the law at you and give access to the violent one- thus rewarding him for his/her actions.

You would think the Government wants to end domestic violence-
