Thank you for all your advice, it has all been really helpful. Yesteraday went very good, the solictor I saw is for the high courts in Dublin, he said all goes to there office in Belfast and goes from there to my ex. He will be told to return the children, and given a court date if he refusses. The case is very straight forward. It took two hours of a meeting, but was worth every penny.

The gardai here already know about the case, they are very slow to move on the issue. The PSNI are also aware but refuse to do anything without a court order.

I have full cusody of the children.. There is a 6th child which was ex has custady off. He is unemployed and not in a relationship. Social services watch him very closely in the north as he does have a drink problem. The social worker here just seems to be a horrible nasty woman.

Yes the other thread is me too.

She has done the blackmail issue, and also asked neighbours to watch who comes and goes from my home..the gardai have told me she cannot do this as well.

I am having a meeting with the team leader of the social worker here in Donegal next week to sort out this social worker with a hope of having a dfferent social worker assigned to the case.

It should always be considered if the reasons for refusal of medical care by a parent is because of Religious Beliefs.

Jehova's Witnesses will not allow blood transfers and I witnesses a young school boy suffer a long distressing illness and die because of this. The death was unnecessary and the Courts should have intervened but they did not. Respect for the parents religion and the fact that the Doctor the parents chose was also a Jehova's Witness, so therefore no court action was taken to save the childs means the parents killed that child because and for that religion.

I have also seen in my opinion the incorrect medication of chldren - see my post Cultural Munchausens Syndrome.

Pharmacological medication for personality disorders is sometimes using a baseball bat when a feather will do the same thing just as effectivly. It is also a quick fix when finding out what the true problem is and assisting will take time.

One of the main reasons why pharmacological "cures" for young people are used is because parents/carers sometimes say to the therapist that they cannot cope or the child is out of control. The therapist then has to decide without a months 24/7 observation in the home that if the parent is saying the sitation is that bad, then the parent must be accurate and therefore medication is the only way to control the young person or child. Sometimes medication is given to the child to assist the parent to cope. Surely treating the parent directly would be a better thing.

When there is refusal of medical treatment on the grounds of religious belief from what I have witnessed the Courts should intervene every time.

Any religious intervention in the treatment of any medical condition is a dangerous backwards step in any Country or Community. In my opinion it is wrong to murder a child because of religious belief which at times refusal of treatment by a parent or carer is.

The real abusers are allowed free because they are doing a fine job in creating plenty of negative energy through evil, fear, torture, trauma, etc.

So the innocent ones who were escaping all that have to be roped into the circle of evil somehow.!!

So when you hear of social workers etc off sick and their children sick and dying- you will not have to worry or feel sorry for them, as they created all this misery themselves.....by making your life a misery and loving every moment because of their warped sadistic nature.

You may be surprised, but they were all told in 1987 of this day and given time to change.

So, now time has run out for them.

Be patient... children of the light.... your turn is now.!!!

Wait and watch and see it all unfold..........
